Do you provide the scanning hardware?
Yes — scanners, printers, laptops, networking and backup equipment come with the team.
What happens if the venue Wi-Fi fails?
Our desks run on an offline-capable setup with our own connectivity as backup, then reconcile once the network returns.
Can you manage seated ceremonies?
Yes. Graduations are a core account for us: named seating, procession order, stage marshalling and guest overflow are all part of the brief.
