How early should we brief you?
Six to eight weeks is comfortable for a full conference. We regularly deliver launches and internal events on shorter notice — tell us the date and we will tell you honestly what is achievable.
Do you work inside our brand guidelines?
Yes. Stage design, signage and collateral are produced to your brand book and approved by your marketing team before anything is built.
Can you handle multi-city or multi-campus roll-outs?
Yes. We run repeat ceremonies across multiple sites — our Higher Colleges of Technology account covers graduations UAE-wide.
